What should you consider for a robot helper that vacuums and mops automatically ?

What to consider ?
Experts say that you should think about getting a robot with at least 1,800 pascals of suction power for a good cleaning effect.
 
I'm testing the Roborock S6 Pure robot vacuum and mop, which can easily pick up dust, dirt, and other debris from hard floors and carpets. The machine can vacuum and mop at the same time. Just so glad that it can clean hard floors even better.

Just put the one-time-use mop pad that comes with the vacuum on it. You can even change how much water you want to use from the vacuum's 180mL water tank, which can clean up to 17,330 square feet on one full charge.

When the robot cleaner's battery gets low, it will go back to its dock to charge. Once it's charged up again, it will pick up where it left off.


Multi-floor use
As I stay in a multi-storey house, I am impressed to find that Roborock offers an app that can save maps for several floors. You can also establish schedules, create zones that you don't want the vacuum to clean, add a timer, spot clean, and select from five different cleaning modes.

If I should choose to use the Roborock S6 robot, this automatic vacuum and mop helper can do the job without the hassle of me having to redo the config settings for each different floor.

On the other hand, it may make sense for me to get a dedicated robot for each floor if my budget affords it.

My thoughts on what to evaluate for purchase
The review certainly confirms that I am not alone in terms of what I experienced with the Roborock S6.

The hands-on experience certainly brought to life what are the important considerations to look for when considering a robot vacuum and mop.

- The 2-in-1 robot vacuum and mop is certainly practical.
- Ensure it has sufficient suction power for a good cleaning result. And that includes the vacuum and water tank to be of sufficient size to handle house cleaning areas that are more than 12K sq ft.
- Go for a dedicated robot for each floor if the budget allows it.
- Look for robot that comes with app that saves multi-floor config for convenience.


But do note that the multi-floor feature is not a show-stopper criterion as cleaning effectiveness is ultimately more important to me.
