I saw Gerry Cinnamon at Electric Picnic this summer. My two favourite songs of his are "Where we're going" and "Sometimes". When he played the songs he really interacted with the crowd and you could tell he was enjoying it as much as we were which was really nice to see.

My favourite song to listen to when running is "Lose Yourself" because I feel like when I start to get tired this song gets me out of my head and just keep going and not think about anything else other than running with the beat.

I went to Electric Picnic over the summer and my favourite artist was Noah Kahan. It was the first live concert I attended in a good few years and it reminded me how good live music is. I was with all my friends and we just had a really good wholesome night.

My dad always wanted me to play the guitar so I played for 8 years but I was never really good. I did however make it to level 5 in guitar exams.

This song brings me straight back to Croke Park All Ireland Final day. My Kilkenny jersey on my stomach sick with nerves but also the excitement of a possible victory.

I find Piano music really calming while studying. It focuses my mind and cancels out the background noise. I feel I can concentrate longer and focus more on the assignment at hand.

A band that have a cultural influence

There are two bands that come to mind one would be The Wolfe Tones. I admire how each of their songs represents a story about Ireland and the history in fighting for independence.

The other is Kneecap. Their music and movie through Irish I found really inspiring and further promotes that it is not a dead language that people think.
