This for me is where I have seen some of the best engagement, reflection and development from staff as it's met their needs as a teaching team. An example above is, where myself and Carmelo collaborated on creating a session around supporting learners with understanding 'Crafting and Refinement' for GCSE English. I used examples of how this is done in Music, media, Art & Design and Perfoming arts and Carmelo connected it with English learning strategies, giving the team food for thought on how they could embed creative activities to support students in understanding and using these techniques as a way of developing their creative writing skills.
