I can remember that about 6 years back we had contract goals around equitable distribution for high performing teachers on our staffing sites. We wanted to be sure that the highest-need schools were getting the best teachers. We defined high-need by the number of students on FRPL. I know equity is still a focal point but how are we holding ourselves accountable and on what work streams. Given the current political climate, people are really inspired to do things that are related to work around social justice, equity, etc.. Including a space where people can share out what they're doing may be helpful.
