         <description><![CDATA[<div>I could have missed it but it's been years since I've seen something internally that laid out our formal position on "equity." I can remember that about 6 years back we had contract goals around equitable distribution for high performing teachers on our staffing sites. We wanted to be sure that the highest-need schools were getting the best teachers. We defined high-need by the number of students on FRPL. I know equity is still a focal point but how are we holding ourselves accountable and on what work streams. I'd love to see us provide some content there. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I noticed down in the comments and know that this was the topic of conversation yesterday during the SoC call. Given the current political climate, people are really inspired to do things that are related to work around social justice, equity, etc.. Including a space where people can share out what they're doing may be helpful. At the very least, others may be inspired to take some sort of action on their own. </div>]]></description>
