Not only will it make the young teachers experienced but it helps the kids learn better and most likely show an interest in a lesson. For example what would get your attention more a puppy or a dog? a puppy of course because it's younger and still learnings. Or should I say, can you teach a old teacher new things? Does it feel like some teachers have been teaching the same thing the same way for the last 35 years? It's time to switch things up. There are so many new, young teachers with fresh ideas eager to start their teaching career. But they are on the waiting list because some teachers continue to teach and teach and teach.
