I'm also looking at things which the government puts a heavy tax on, such as cigarettes.

Freedom of speech can also cause false information and incite violence in a country. Freedom of speech can cause hate speech that taunts or mock one's religion and culture. Hate groups are also formed by freedom of speech as they want to vent and express their feelings. One example, is the Ku Klux Klan.

Firstly, if the government removes ban allow citizen to make their own choice, illegal substance such as drugs that could harms ones health would be legal for people to every citizens. This leads to health issues as children, elderly adults are able to intake this substance and buying at high prices.
Secondly, if the government remove bans for citizen and allow them to make their own choice, the would be people that seize opportunity to either harm others such as raping or pedophiles would occur because pornography ban is being removed. A study shows that female being rape either keep it to themselves or report it after 5 years of the incident and with pornography ban being removed, imagine the amount of females, children or even men harmed by all this irresponsible users of pornography. 
Lastly, if bans are remove, imagine the amount of people that are able to live freely even if the have broke the then law because it does not imply to them, they may even do bigger crimes like selling of drugs, transporting of drug making the country as their playground to run around and making drugs too! 
Thus, I disagree that the government should remove ban and allow citizen to make thier own choice as citizens can cause harm to others.

An example is the government banning d r u g s . It was because of citizens becoming addicted to d r u g s which led to the government banning it. D r u g s are harmful to the consumer's body and it would cause them to feel high and this would cause them to do things they wouldn't normally do and it may lead to other offences such as rape. This shows that the item is banned for a reason.

These illegal substances will also lead to them being highly addicted to it as it contains certain substances and drugs that will take control of their body by releasing withdrawal symptoms and they are unable to stop themselves once they have taken it.In the first place, the ingredients used to make these illegal substances are not healthy for our body. It gets even worse if people take it frequently as it may eventually cause unnecessary damage to our body. 

Therefore, governments bans these illegal substances as there is no evidence to support how well the citizens can control themselves once they have taken it due to the highly addictive substances found in these illegal substances. I feel that when the government actually remove bans citizens should feel scared about their surroundings because when the government remove bans, citizens who have conflicts with other people will tend to take revenge. This will benefit them as they can buy actual guns and kill people. Let's take a look at the state of the United States when they allow their citizens to buy guns. Well, everyday at least 100 people are killed with guns. Personally, I feel that if this happens to Singapore it would be too chaotic to stop the citizens and in worse case scenario when citizens actually overtake the government as the government cannot do anything to stop them this will be full of chaos. When people are able to buy guns this will cause many people to feel a very strong feeling of fear and vulnerability.  This then cause people to buy even more guns to protect themselves because they will feel hopeless and fearful for what to come. When this chain reaction occurs almost everybody will have a gun in their possession and if a conflict happens between people chaos will start and people will start to kill each other. Well, killing each other is just a puzzle piece of a bigger problem. In the United States 51% of Americans suicide by using guns. When the world becomes chaotic as the government remove bans of drugs and guns people will start to take more drugs.  When people take drugs they tend to not think carefully of what they are doing. So people will start doing foolish things that will cause them to feel regret for the rest of their lives. For example when a parent take drugs, children will be at risk because all childrens are curious. They also tend to think that what their parents do is correct. So in the end the child will end up taking drugs like their parents. Let's get back to my point of suicide, when people take drugs they don't think of what they are going to do next. This will cause them to suicide as they feel regretful and hopeless. Taking the easy way out will be easy because they have guns with them. Just with the click of the trigger will end their life painlessly. This will influence other people to suicide like how they do. 
As a result, I feel that the government should not remove bans and allow citizens to make their own choices in life because this will lead to gun violence. They should let citizens make their own decisions, but having too much freedom will make citizens think that whatever they do is acceptable. Laws and rules are to ensure that everything is in order thus controlling and limiting citizen from doing things that is wrong such as smoking everywhere they can, using drugs, raping, etc. 

Removing several laws may cause chaos in the community as now people can do everything they want and increase the crime rate of the country. 

However, I feel that LGBT should not be ban at they just love someone, if they do no harm to the community and others, they should not be prosecuted for being in love with somebody.

The government should remove the bans and allow citizens to make their own choices in life.To get the government to ban things,it’s not the right way to stop something people don’t like,even if there are good reasons for not wanting it.Laws aren’t made only to prevent bad things form happening,they force those who break them to face choices for their actions.Banning drugs may not stop users,but it gives us the ability to punish those who harm themselves or others while selling or using them.Same goes for banning smoking in some places, just leaves smokers no choice but to do it somewhere else.

all this bans that were made were all cause our own wrongs that the other people had to right.Alot of people say that they can do better with their own rules and freedom but right now even as of all the rules n regulations they are still a lot of things that are still happening like rapes,drugs,porn imagine what the world would become if there was no rules no bans n we were to leave for our own selfs with our own rules, the world would srsly become corrurpted.

 there are soo many rules for insint man countires say that rape is a serious offence and will led u to fines, canes and many years in jail however there are still so many videos circluating the internet about men raping young girls! this men do this even with the rule imagine how bad it would get if there were rules to control them.

another one is the watch of pornography, in a lot of countries  porn is banned ! however even with that ban many still watch it with VPN(virtual private network) i wouldn't really say its a bad thing but there are people who get so addicted to it that it may cause a lot of harm to people, their family/friend relationships can be severely affected there are many cases in the world where the major amount of peoples spend watching this sort of videos cause them years of their life, bad relationships n mental damage esp for victims who get assaulted cause of what the other person wants...

and lastly even with all this bans lgbt should not be considered a "harmful" thing many have different point of view.i personally think lgbt should be supported n treated equal.this people have a freedom of speech so who are you to judge? people are allowed to love who ever or what ever u want.whats the wrong in havin a same sexually partern ? in the end everyones end goal is to have a family n be successful and everyone has their own different paths to that.  its childish if u want to start a ban towards lgbt.u can say there will be contract many more tings however even with sexual partners it can still happen !!! thr will be higher chance of ppl who are gay but honestly if u any gay n don't have sexual intercourse with gay people or those have diseases THERE IS NO NEED FOR YOU TO WORRY n ur not gay or have many more sexual partner!

No, the government should not  remove bans and allow citizens to maketheir own choices in life because this will result in peoples' safety and concern, a country would not be safe if people do their own things that they love to do, like there will be many cases like rape,murdering and even fights that may lead to riots.Therefore the government must not remove bans as bans are very important to the innocent citizens living in a country.
