The best highlight is the promotion of endemic trees for reforestation. The relationship between endemic trees and different organisms play a vital role in maintaining a healthy ecosystem.
To save the environment from environmental degradation is a monumental task. Every effort is important to save our only home.

Being here in the Ecosummit 2021 opened my eyes to the different perspectives and stories of the advocates. These massive efforts of the youth for the environment shows that we are capable of building a better and sustainable future. We should collaborate in order for us to fulfill great purpose for the environment. Afterall, this is our planet, our safe space.

To contribute, I'm going to learn the lived experiences on the ground to create appropriate conservation plans.

Being an ecowarrior, we should also give our best efforts to be environmentally conscious. Journalism should reinforce in amplifying stories and highlight our environment's current conditions, not just when the damage has already been done.

I had a lightbulb moment from the speakers, they inspired me to think more and think better. They helped me develop my learnings and skills specially sa Food waste. We are all consumers and we should eat responsibly and buy responsibly. And that we should start at our home. Lastly, this platform is really helpful to my future projects <3

The best highlight for me was the talk about exotic trees from Sir Nikko Perez. Here, on Negros Occidental, especially in Victorias. There was a logging done because trees (Exotic trees) planted in the mountains were dangerous for other native trees. First I thought of it badly but as Sir Nikko discussed this topic earlier, I learned that it was for the betterment of the environment. It was a great experience to be in this webinar. Sure it was an eye-opener I hope not just for me but for other delegates as well! I will surely instill what I have learned.

It all start within ourselves. We should be responsible in our homes, be a wise consumer and lead by example. We could inspire others by showing them the why's they should join and partake to our movement. From home to communities we could make everything possible to make our Earth be great again.

Thanks to this seminar, now I have the urge to plant a tree in our house even if we live in a condominium.

My insight is that it is always better to walk the talk. We have these good plans but it would mean nothing if we do not actually exert effort to make them happen. All efforts, no matter how small is essential. Kudos to all the storytellers. You are inspiration and are all considered modern-day heroes.

I love how informative this summit is. It enabled me to have a deeper understanding on the different approaches to conserving our goods and resources as a collective. Indeed, global warming is an issue that is addressed for quite some time now, but if we continue our efforts and influence on others to do something about it, we will definitely succeed.

The Summit gave me highlights and pointers on how to live systematically with nature and as a human in reality. Sure, species like us will dive deeper into progress in the future but the further we go through evolution, we sometimes forgot the importance of how nature affects us in different ways. The extinction of some species is a total loss if won't preserve it enough. I don't want to live in a future where we grasp the reality of nature as a point of curiosity, worse, a fragment of the past we all failed to protect
