         <description><![CDATA[<div>Claim: LightBright Electric Should use New Tech/Natural Gas due to it being at a affordable cost and it also emits less CO2 then most of the other options.<br><br>Summary: After looking at our data, we would still choose he natural gas/new tech because of how the price is cheaper compared to most of the others and it also emits far less CO2 out of the options, 1,103 tons compared to Coal, 2,917 tons.</div>]]></description>
