What I already know. Puck is a mischievous being that likes to play harmless pranks on everyone: he is clumsy and makes big mistakes but is not in his heart evil. Puck is a playful faerie spirit who likes being provocative: he has some powers but most often he likes to prank without powers.

What I want to know: Why does Puck serve Oberon? Why is he alone with no family? What is his history? Why is he so different from other Fey Folk?

He sometimes can be nice like the fairy said in the extract but what makes him choose when to be nice? is it because he wants to earn some trust and love or is it that he wants to get close to the person then tricks them like he always does? 

What I already know is that puck can be a very tricky person to understand.
