I also have a minor in Organizational Leadership. Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or simply I-O Psychology, is one of the fastest growing fields in psychology and it focuses on people in the workplace. I-O Psychology focuses on: reducing absenteeism, hiring, firing, retention, talent management, coaching, as well as several other things.
This is not a typical Psychology degree so I have several business classes I have to take as well. I enjoy TV so much that I try to keep my books educational, which is why I tend to shy away from fiction. My favorite author is Richard Dawkins, and my favorite book is Islam by Sam Harris. I have always enjoyed reading about different religious perspectives.
