Today was the last day of my #100Happydays challenge and it was a great representation of how many happy moments can be found in each day: today I got to ride my bike around the lake and enjoy the beautiful spring day, spend time with my pup, coach a game, celebrate with friends, and make cookies. As I finish the challenge I have realized that there are many moments every day to find happiness. Taking a second to recognize those moments is so important and something I am grateful to realize.
