This is so very true.  I believe that sometimes we lose track and forget there is both an exceptable and unacceptable way to communicate. People are not always clear and concise with their communication and to go hand in hand with that, body language

also plays a large factor in how a person is interpreted or understood. Miscommunication can result in arguments and poor productivity.

This is a fantastic quote and really encompasses the essence of leadership, as we have discussed so much of the managerial mindset, decision making and relationships. There needs to be a hierarchy/ranking in the work place and a respect for leadership.
