-the four agreements (toltec): especially the one that suggests to not take anything personally

.   Have better self awareness from leadership perspective and may take different approach on communication. Apply more coaching than commanding way. Get off the aggressivity .

·       Setting expectation and provide feedback constantly

·       Listening more rather speaking more

·       Let people do their job if they have the ownership.

It is hard to track the spending and budget on some project as both WBS and cost center charges are mixed. Communicate to the team that we will manage the spending by WBS only rather than who is working .  Hard to convince some team leader who has been working on their own way and have influence to implement this way.
