         <description><![CDATA[<p>I had 2 main takeaways.  First, since one of my leadership styles is affiliative, the training on the 3 needs of people was helpful for me to keep in mind while developing my project teams.  While my main direction is project performance, I always want to be using my "soft skills" to grow my team members.  Secondly, the curve of relationships was especially helpful in beginning new projects.  I want to do better in setting expectations and helping team members find success in the project and their area of expertise.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have 2 main issues currently.  The first, I'm not sure if anyone can help.  It's about getting customers interested in closing out projects.   The second issue is that in a current project, the customer put one major deliverable on hold for 6 months, took it off hold, wants us to accelerate delivery, and now wants to de-scope some of the remaining deliverables.  A lot of movement.</p>]]></description>

Communicate to the team that we will manage the spending by WBS only rather than who is working . &nbsp;Hard to convince some team leader who has been working on their own way and have influence to implement this way.</p>]]></description>
