For the 1st goal I would like to set for myself is to stay open minded. 

- Keeping an open mind and making sure I listen to everyone, and everything will lead toward learning new thing.
- Having an open mind will show people that I am here to help and try to understand what we could do to possibly change the problem, or work towards making it better.

For the 2nd goal I would like to set for myself is to create relationships within the media industry.

- Expanding my relationships in the media industry will help me gain more information and keep me connected with stories that may not be set on the mainstream of broadcasting.

For my 3rd goal I would like to set for myself would have to be editing.

- From editing a music video, podcast, or even just a picture, I would love to expand my knowledge in that field so I can have a better understanding.
