There has been always existed a relationship between the Church and the State. Luther all the time said that God governs the world in two ways: through the order of creations, and through the word and gospel. " The administrative affairs of the Lutheran churches in Germany were handled by government offices, with the ruler exercising important power as summepiskopus, or presiding bishop, a system of church governance that emerged from the Reformation."

The Lutheran Church had its beginning with the teachings of Martin Luther in Germany during the 1500’s. The lutheran doctrines contradict many times the bible and their teachings. For example, they say that baptism is not essential for salvation neither for the forgiveness of sins. They said that they are saved and their sins are forgiven without baptism. This obviously contradicts the Bible and separates clearly the Lutheran church form the Catholic one. Lutherans base on the doctrine of justification, which establishes that what really matters is faith, and that this is what really matters for being forgiven and reach "heaven".

Lutherans liturgy is divided into different parts:

Invocation:“In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”

Confession and Absolution: This part is very important because it keeps us honest, and we are forgiven for all the sins that we have commited by the act of confessing.

Kyrie: In this part, is where we can ask for our personal and groupal petitions with phrases such as "Lord have mercy"

Hymn of Praise: Here we usually say “We praise you, we bless you, we worship you, we glorify you, we give you thanks for your great glory.”

Creed: Here we confess our sins but also acknowledge that what God has said is true.

Offertory: Here we offer to God everything what we are going to do; including sacrifices, good actions, social charities...

Sanctus: In this meal God is breaking into our world to give us life. He enters to our life and commemorates all the teachings and actions that we must learn and follow.

Words of Our Lord: This is very important because it tells us many things of Jesus; what he taught, what is the correct pathway to follow, what do he wants for his followers...

Agnus Dei: When we sing the Agnus Dei, “Lamb of God, you take away the sin of the world, have mercy on us,” we are preaching and praying all at once. It was, after all, with these very words that John the Baptizer pointed his disciples to Jesus.

Distribution: As Christ gives himself to us in this holy meal, he strengthens unity and invites us to love one another with a deep and inconditional love.

Nunc Dimittis: It is where we say “Lord, now let Your servant depart in peace.”

Benediction: “The Lord bless you and keep you.” “The Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you.” “The Lord lift up his countenance on you and give you peace.” This is the final part of the litrugy and it is when you can go in peace.
