How I Coped With Stress

Whenever I am in a situation where I get stressed, such as given a tasked to complete for my class, I tend to have a loss of appetite or headache (Alarm). What I would have to do to resolve this is to go find something to cope with or satisfy my body, stepping away from the source and eat a snack (Resistance). Thankfully, I have not reached high levels of stress in a long time but there was a situation where I would have reached the stage of Exhaustion and exhibited behavioral signs of having poor judgment and self-neglect. Fortunately, I was able to combat this from the help of my friends and family to pick myself up from this stage.
