         <description><![CDATA[<div>For breakfast, I made sure that each day of the week included fruit(s) and milk. My reason for this is because I know that milk is very important to toddlers and they need at least two cups a milk a day. I also know that toddlers really need to eat their fruits so I've included a variety of fruits each day for breakfast. Lunch, snack, and dinner are a variety of other foods, such as vegetables, meat, and grains. I made sure that each day was something different and somewhat new. Each of the meals contained a variety of nutrition that a toddler would need. Every food listed are healthy and good for the toddler. I made sure that it met the toddlers' nutritional needs by having a variety of different types of food. Not only that but I've included many Asian foods during the week. I am Asian myself, so I thought it would be best for my toddler to eat some cultural foods.<br>What I realized from this, is that where you come from and what you've experience can very much affect on how you decide to plan a toddler's meal. When I was doing this project, most of the meals that I came up were past experience from what I know about food.&nbsp;This project helped me learn the basics of what to feed a toddler and how important it is to provide a variety of healthy foods. Also, to keep in mind that every food should be safe for a toddler such as having foods cut into smaller pieces to prevent any choking hazards.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
