Send the bully to GO immediately after incident (Attend to the victim first and then clarify the situation and ask about what has happened.          <description><![CDATA[<div>ACTIVITY 4<br>A) Appropriate &amp; Useful<br>- Send the victim to the hospital immediately.&nbsp;<br>- Informed parents immediately.&nbsp;<br><br>B) Inappropriate&nbsp;<br>- Random school staff accompanied the boy rather than FT to the hospital.&nbsp;<br>- Classroom teacher did not find out what happened but immediately sent the bully to the office.<br>- Parents called the TNP immediately.&nbsp;<br>- School leaders have no SOP and did not address parents' concern.<br><br>ACTIVITY 4<br>- FT or someone close to the boy and KP should accompany the boy to hospital.<br>- DM should have been called immediately and manage the situations.<br>- Parents should discuss with the school leaders about the matter before calling TNP.<br>- Investigation and response could have been faster.<br>- SOP should be in placed and whole school should be briefed.<br>- School should have taken preventative actions because the bully is known to be troublemaker (e.g. counselling, closer monitoring, speak to parents)<br>- Teacher should assign some tasks while taking attendance and FACE THE FRONT.<br><br>In conclusion, the whole situation was mishandled as it appears that the teacher and school leaders for such incident. Proper SOP should be in placed.</div>]]></description>
