That also doesn't include the amount of people that just play the sport or people that cant afford to watch it live on television or in person so they just watch the highlights or even watch them at dinner or at the bar. But if you think it is competitive out in the stands you couldn't imagine how it is on the field. There are many of those that are trying to make it to the next level. There are levels to all of this, there are the players just because its fun, then there's the players that play and put more work into this sport than anybody else on the field to make it to the next level (NCAA) D1 athletic scholarships are not a easy task for just anybody, but there are kids and players that do want to take that challenge either because they are in love with the sport and wanna do it as their profession and as a career.
