Problem / Pain Point

• International students, young workers, and low-income individuals struggle to find quality, affordable housing near city centers.

• Consequences: financial strain, long commutes, affecting study, work, and overall quality of life.

Our action:

• Renovate small, modular apartments with diverse layouts suitable for:

  • Young workers

  • Small families

• Equip apartments with clean energy and sustainable systems:

  • Solar panels for electricity

  • Rainwater harvesting and water recycling systems

  • On-site waste recycling

• Smart community spaces: Shared areas for living, studying, and recreation → fostering connections among residents and enhancing their living experience.
