The British were sore losers and refused to show up for the paining of The Treaty. So when they actually had the treaty happen, the darn diddly British representatives refused to show up or even sign. How dare they! We even said that all the states that took dumb loyalist land SHOULD give it back. It's not anyone's fault if people don't! They have the nerve to demand back the people we imprisoned during the war! How dishonorable!

The Treaty of Paris of 1783, negotiated between the United States and Great Britain, ended the revolutionary war and recognized American independence. The Continental Congress named a five-member commission to negotiate a treaty–John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, John Jay, Thomas Jefferson, and Henry Laurens. Although the British refused to appear. Here were some things the group agreed on: The U.S. would be recognized as independent, States 'should' give back all the property they took from loyalists, each side should repay the debts owed, and the boundaries are w-Mississippi R., N-Canada, S-Spanish Florida. Those were just some things, the British also demanded that they get back any slave/prisoners from the U.S.

Those dirty patriots expect us to just cooperate?! We clearly would have won the war if it weren't for their stupid spirits! They broke our economy and rebelled so much against our government. They rioted against our tax collectors and even killed some of them. Those monsters tar and feathered them. They said that they would ask people to return loyalists property but from what I heard, it's just a load of rubbish! How dare they.
What deceivers.
