Culturally Response School Leadership (CRSL), has become important in education to help instructional leaders be more aware of social justice education, reform, and culturally responsive education. Literature is used to expand not only in teaching, the entire campus as a whole and bring attention to the responsive needs of minoritized students. Discussion around clarifying strands-critical self-awareness, CRSL, school environment, community advocacy and Teacher preparation.
