You can see the capital from every direction. Buildings in Austin are regulated so they can't be a certain hight because it will block the view of the Capital. 
Upon visiting people in the capital are very nice and welcoming. Its been a while sense I visited but make sure you bring your walking shoes

The Empire is 102 stores high. Empire State Building also captures a sence of my favorite show Gossip Girl. I want to been on top of Empire looking down on New York City during the sunset feeling like I'm on top of the world.
