  • First try and rebooting your computer. 
  • Check for malware , viruses ,  and spyware 
  • Try a different home page. Click the start button and select control panel. In the window that appears , under the general tab change the home page and try opening your browser.
  • clear all cached data. go to the internet options as described above. In the general tab , under browsing history , click delete , click delete Files and then conform by clicking yes. 
  • If all fails , try returning your browser to default settings thought internet options 
  • if none of these solutions fix your problem , contact your technology coordinator

  • 403 forbidden error is an HTTP status code that means the page or resource you want to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason 
  • Double check that you typed the correct URL  address 
  • You may need to contact the site owner for clarification

  • if the answer is no then check your network cable
