No projeto Naturale, a criação de diagramas começa com o entendimento do sistema e de seus usuários, como clientes e administradores, bem como dos principais processos, desde a visualização e seleção de produtos até a realização de compras e gestão da plataforma. Esse levantamento garante que todas as funcionalidades essenciais sejam representadas.

In the Naturale project, the creation of diagrams begins with understanding the system and its users, such as customers and administrators, as well as the main processes, from viewing and selecting products to making purchases and managing the platform. This assessment ensures that all essential functionalities are represented.

Para o Cliente, o fluxo envolve buscar e selecionar produtos, entrar em contato com a empresa (obrigatório), visualizar produtos (opcional), realizar e finalizar a compra, além de acessar conteúdos educativos. Para o Administrador, o diagrama representa atividades de gestão de produtos, vendas e clientes, de forma direta, sem decisões intermediárias.

The activity diagram of the Naturale project shows the flow of actions for the two main users: Customer and Administrator. The process begins with selecting the user type and authentication, which may include registration if necessary, ensuring that all flows start from a common point.

For the Customer, the flow involves searching for and selecting products, contacting the company (mandatory), viewing products (optional), completing the purchase, and accessing educational content. For the Administrator, the diagram represents activities related to managing products, sales, and customers in a straightforward manner, without intermediate decisions.

O Cliente realiza ações relacionadas à experiência de compra, como selecionar produto, entrar em contato com a empresa (obrigatório), visualizar produtos (opcional), realizar e finalizar compras, acompanhar pedidos e acessar conteúdos educativos. Já o Administrador gerencia produtos, vendas e clientes, podendo acessar funcionalidades comuns ao cliente quando necessário. O diagrama evidencia relações obrigatórias (include) e opcionais (extend), oferecendo uma visão clara das funcionalidades e fluxos da plataforma.

The use case diagram of Naturale shows the interactions between the platform’s two main actors: Customer and Administrator. Both can authenticate and register, ensuring secure access to the system’s functionalities.

The Customer performs actions related to the shopping experience, such as selecting products, contacting the company (mandatory), viewing products (optional), making and completing purchases, tracking orders, and accessing educational content. The Administrator manages products, sales, and customers, and can access functionalities common to the Customer when necessary. The diagram highlights mandatory (include) and optional (extend) relationships, providing a clear view of the platform’s functionalities and flows.

Da mesma forma, pensamos em um site de produtos sustentáveis que compartilha essa proposta de mudança, incentivando escolhas responsáveis que respeitam o meio ambiente e a sociedade. Assim como o livro propõe transformar a sociedade a partir da educação e de pequenas atitudes diárias, o site busca engajar consumidores a refletirem sobre o impacto de suas decisões, promovendo justiça social, responsabilidade e cuidado coletivo.

Similarly, we conceived a website for sustainable products that shares this vision of change, encouraging responsible choices that respect the environment and society. Just as the book proposes transforming society through education and small daily actions, the website aims to engage consumers to reflect on the impact of their decisions, promoting social justice, responsibility, and collective care.

The cover of our website is evolving well. So far, we have the aesthetic part ready, along with some additional photos and buttons that will give an idea of where we want to go.

Within the Platform: PlantUML. The type of UML diagram to be used is defined. For Naturale, use case and activity diagrams were chosen: the first details the interactions of users with the platform, such as authentication, product selection, contacting the company, and sales management; the second describes the step-by-step flow of actions and mandatory or optional decisions.

Finally, the diagrams are refined and reviewed, removing redundant decisions, correctly applying include and extend, and ensuring visual clarity. The result is a clear and functional representation of Naturale's processes, serving as a reference for understanding, development, and presentation of the platform.

For our project, the Expanded Summary was the key piece that organized all the work. It was the document that defined our direction, establishing that the mission of "Naturalle" would be to connect and educate. From it, we were able to create the diagrams and develop the prototype in an organized way, because the list of requirements worked as a real roadmap for the construction of the login, registration and product showcase screens. In the end, it was essential to keep the group aligned and to transform our initial idea into a concrete action plan, with a well-defined beginning, middle and future.
