         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>1) Long arms so that the stroke is more extended.<br>2) You must meet all the meters of the competition.<br>3) Competitive exits can be freestyle.<br>4) The start in the back and relay tests is done from the water.<br>5) Any swimmer who leaves before the start signal is given will be disqualified.<br>6) At the end of the race the swimmer should touch the wall while maintaining the position on the back.<br>7) The output will be back.<br>8) The fingers should always push first no matter what style.</div>]]></description>
