         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many several causes of unhealthy diet. First of all, snacking in small portions, can create a mental perception that I am eating less than I ought to. This shows that it has more negative effects than the quantity you eat per serving. For example, eating packets of potato chips intermittently can have a devastating result. Secondly, quick eating without properly chewing and gulping down, will lead to obesity. Rather, taking small bite size proportions and chewing thoroughly will help. Drinking water before your meal would help slow you down. For Example, consuming popcorn, french fries or any fast food for that matter. Finally, eating junk food high in fat and sugar can be addictive. Such types are hard to control due to the taste it leaves on our palate. Self control and discipline can be a solution for this For example, any fast foods, fizzy drinks, packaged and processed foods. In conclusion, I believe that there are numerous bad habits which may lead to an unhealthy diet and subsequent lifestyle, as well as obesity.</div>]]></description>

Not eating or having enough protein can less the protein in your body. For example if you have less protein you will lose your strength. Second , this unhealthy diet can lead you to gain much weight. For example, if you have much calories and fat will give you negative impact in you body and you will have diseases. Third , it can impact people to obesity because it is important for the body to have the right balance of protein and carbohydrates. Moreover, if the body does not have the great balance , it will affect the system as well as weight management issues such as obesity. In conclusion this problem will impact on people life badly and they must do it in the right way.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Gaining weight can have a very negative impact on someone’s health and life. One of the main reasons for gaining weight is having an unhealthy Diet. The different solutions for following an unhealthy diet are consulting a dietician before choosing a diet, eating balanced food with all nutrients, and sleeping 8 hours a day. Visiting a dietician regularly is very important to our health. This visit can help us understand our body. The doctor can offer us a proper diet based on the blood tests and give us advice on how to lose weight in a healthy way. Another very important solution to unhealthy dieting is eating balanced food which contains all nutrients such as fibre, carbohydrates, healthy fats, water, and greens. The daily balance of all nutrients is the perfect way to a healthy diet and proper weight loss. Moreover, sleep is a primary solution to healthy diets because it can help the body regain energy and burn more calories. Dieticians and doctors advise on sleeping for at least 8 hours everyday for a healthy life.&nbsp;Finally, if everyone follows these three solutions, they will be healthy, happy and will lose weight in the most proper way.</div>]]></description>
