    • Games were initially created to "demonstrate the power of computers or as a part of academic research". 
    From 1958 and onward marked the shift of games being created solely for entertainment.
    It became a culture.
    • How would you describe gaming culture today?
    • Analyse gaming culture today in relation to the history outlined in this video.

    This is famously seen in games such as Tomb Raider and Final Fantasy VII.

    • Analyse how this shift from narrative being previously situated within passive forms of media (books, movies, etc.) to interactive digital media impact how narratives are constructed.
