The first branch is found in Guadalupe but the business began its origins in Pardo, Cebu. The business expanded when Tonette partnered up with Maladen Krstonosic, otherwise known as MK. Together, they managed to establish a second branch located in Raintree Mall in Fuente Osmeña Circle in 2016. In 2019, they recently expanded the business at Time Square Mactan in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. 

With La Metisse Salon and Spa's six years of operation in the industry, the company expanded the services they offer.
