         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em> eLA expectations for Interim and Final Reports</em></strong><br><br><strong><em>eLAs will be paid 5 minutes for each interim report  and 10 minutes for each Final report. </em></strong><br> <strong><em><br></em></strong><strong>Interim report</strong></div><div>Check that it has been submitted</div><div>Email student to say thank you…..Keep up the great work.<br>If a cause for concern is raised, refer to escalation process </div><div><br><strong>Final report</strong></div><div>Check that it has been submitted</div><div>Check that there are no N/As on the report. All reports must have a 0,1,2,3<br>If an N/A has been awarded please email mentor teacher. Use the attached email template to help guide your email.<br><br>Please stress to students that they are to ensure their final reports are not scored using any NAs.<br><br><br>. </div>]]></description>

         <title>LessonLearning Plan Observation Sheet</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In response to mentor teacher feedback regarding how students record lesson observations, I created a Lesson Observation Record sheet. This resource is now located in student resources in the student portal. Please promote within your units.&nbsp;<br><br>With Lesson or Learning Plans, we advise students to use the SOL plans, unless the setting asks them to use a specific plan associated with the setting.&nbsp;<br><br>However all assessments that require plans need to be submitted using the SOL template.&nbsp;<br><br>Please remind students that all Lesson and Learning Plans need to be completed 24 hours prior to teaching and to share this with their mentor teacher. &nbsp;<br><br><br>&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If a student receives a Cause for Concern on their interim report, a support plan from the mentor teacher will accompany it. <br><br>To further support our students and mentor teachers, we ask that you follow up on the support plan by using the below plan to provide extra support as the students eLA. It is important that you send a copy of this to both the student and  mentor teacher and Cc your LUC in<br><br><strong><em>Please discuss with your UC first</em></strong><br><br></div>]]></description>

A copy is sent to both the student and mentor teacher. (Template for goal setting is provided by the LUC).          <description><![CDATA[<div>Due to flexible placements, students will continue to be out on placement during consolidation week. <br><br>Therefore eLAs are expected to be available in an adjusted capacity to students and mentors teachers. <br><br>eLAs will be paid 2 hours per group in consolidation week to be available to respond to student or mentorquestions and concerns. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Making contact with mentor teachers </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A copy of mentor teacher information will be sent out starting from week 3.  This information will include the mentor teacher's email address, name, student name, start, midway (where applicable) and final placement dates. The information will be separated into learning groups for each unit. <br><br>Please note, you will be provided updated templates in week 3 that will have both final and interim reports attached. </div><div><br>Using the provided template, eLAs will email mentor teachers according to student's start date. Please ensure that the emailing of mentor teachers is within a 48 period to ensure that emails aren't going out too early.   <br><strong>For EDU30003, please ensure that you use the EDU30003 introduction email (in the following post)</strong></div>]]></description>
