Answer: There are no free form comments in Aldine. We can only use the coded comments. You can use mass input but you are going to need to do the classes individually. Each student that has been switched over to you has a yellow sunburst next to name.  PLEASE before you enter any of your grades you have you need to click the sunburst.  

A screen will show up with 2 options
 enter walk in percentage grade- This is only for students that are new to the district/out of district.
 You are to get the average grade from Ms. Porter.  Once you have received grades from her you click this option and enter the grade.  

transfer scores link with drop down menu- This is for students that move from teacher to teacher or school to school within district.  You are to click on drop down menu and click on subject you are transferring grades from.  Then you will see grades assignments they have received prior to coming to you.  You are to match those grades with what matches in your grade book.  Once finished hit import.

Answer: If they do not see the sunbust and the student had a schedule change from your campus or another Aldine campus please get me the name and I will research why.
