been doing some pruning on our single vineyard pinot block  trying to tidy up some heads that the contractors have been butchering for the last few years its starting getting pretty hairy now (at the end that we have never made it to in the past )

got soil sample results back and after a huge push last year on fert etc and ALOT of money spent our results arent as good as we were hoping. better but not much better.
vineyard is soo saturated that we cant get any gear on it.

vineyard is starting to dry out. hopefully be able to get the boys out to finish post driving and start the sweep and mulch. Had capx approved to buy a new silvan sprayer

starting to get slightly behind because of not being able to get tractors into the blocks, sheep have done a fair bit of damage to irrigation and young plants

found a random burst bud in the pinot on a small struggling plant, bit of a problem as we have sprayers spraying tordon close by, so far this season is shapingup to be the wettest since 08
