Actually finding out that there is more to fruits and vegetables that we know of, it is a pretty interesting topic. Kristine Wallerius Cuthrell found out that eating fruits and vegetables can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and some forms of cancer. I think more doctors should read this article to tell to their patients. It's also a good way for people to get more vitamins and nutrients in them, for example: eating spinach can increase the amount of iron you eat. did like this article cause it is a current health topic going around today and it can help millions of people and their health problems.</div>]]></description>

People need to eat real food because as the article said, eating the real foods combine the nutrients to give you a better boost. Supplements also aren't balanced very well and can be unhealthy if&nbsp;used improperly.</div>]]></description>
