콜센터 직원들 특히나 여름에 에어컨 고장나면 사람들이 예민해져서 더 많은 짜증을 견디면서
최대한 웃음을 잃지 않은 감정노동을 하고 있다고 생각하는데요. 사람이 화가나고 짜증이 나면 감정조절이 힘들어져서 정작 당사자 입장에서는 짜증와 화를 조절을 하고 있다고 생각합니다.

전화 상담은 음성녹음 -> AI처리 -> 상담사 전달의 프로세스라 어쩔 수 없이 피드백이 느릴 수 밖에 없음. 이렇게된다면 사용자가 꽤나 답답함을 느낄 수 있을 것 같고 서비스 경험이 나빠질 것이라 생각함.
