It's important that change is made to expand the interdisciplinary team to include mental health professions. I can normally quickly figure out if they bring truthful or dishonest. 
 I believe that we can always improve on everything in life. I do not believe that we can ever truly master all the skills in life. I think we can become good or great at them but science and learning are fluid and always moving and changing, so there are always areas to improve on.
