reflecting on my initial thought, you had a very composed way of talking, and it could also be expressed in your body language and mannerisms. you also came off as a knowledgeable and smart girl, which i took notice of immediately as the interview progressed and our stimulating discussions continued to build up. i really like the way you responded to my questions with a lot of confidence and clarity, so make sure to keep that up because you’re doing great! <3

you were the last person i interviewed, and even though we had the worst internet connection in the history of mankind during that time, it truly was great to hear more about your thoughts and perspectives on things. we have not had the chance to meet each other in person, but i appreciate the way you’re extremely engaging in the content department’s group chat so much, it makes me feel more bonded and connected with you:-) hopefully we’ll get to chat personally soon!!

Well hello to my little manipulator diva. It certainly was very interesting to talk and interview you, you had many insightful ideas and perspectives about a spectrum of things, especially psychology. At first I was kind of skeptical because the literal first thing you told me in the interview when it was only 3 questions in is that you are not “genuine”. And sure, maybe you are not, but I think you have a great mind that can really help contribute to the tedx cnn youth content department. Just don’t use the excuse of being incapable of doing anything authentically while working haha=))) Aside from that I see great potential within you, I hope to see how it will play it in the near future.

One fun fact about your interview is that after a few questions, I immediately texted tedx cnn youth’s organizing committee and said you were talking in 9.0 ielts=)) seriously, you have a wide range of vocabulary and it was certainly amusing to listen (in a good way, of course). I like the way you executed your responses, and how it didn’t take you long to come up with your answer - fast reflex and adaptability to situations is extremely important for your role in this department. And although our interview was conducted online, I could still feel your enthusiasm and wit when talking with you about various topics (one thing that was kinda sketchy was your feminist take tho…). Anyways, I put my faith in you that you will convey to me your talents while operating as a content member!

I’ve known you for over a year now, and I was initially shocked that you have further interest in becoming a content member for tedx cnn youth! And as a fellow debater, I had high expectations when anticipating for our interview, but there was truly nothing to worry because you totally delivered. I was certainly impressed with how articulate you were, during our conversations it was always super insightful! Even though I would say you still have areas for improvement, like regarding knowledge base and foundational information about a wide range of things. The first thing I noticed about you was your hair! It looks super cute, and to be honest it did remind me of our mutual friend Ha Phuong - I could see why you guys were friends! She told me you guys were friends since 5th grade, and I think that is super cool:) Anyways, interview-wise, you were actually the first person I decided to accept in the Saturday batch of interviewees. You had a lot of creative ideas and perspectives, and just so you know I absolutely loved your round 1’s essay! It was very eloquently conducted, with a mix of both brilliant language expression and insightful arguments supporting them. You’re also relatively engaging in the group chat, and I genuinely hope tedx cnn youth content department will be a safe space for you to be yourself and contribute to the success of the organization as a whole.
