Most heterosexual men say that they do their fair share of household chores but they don’t. When we ask women to take the task to manage the organization and at the same time to execute a large portion, in the end it represents 75% of the work.

In the majority there exist more privileges for men than for women, depending on their area they received different deals and they have a better work rol.

A recent German study has shown that when women work from home, they tend to do three hours more childcare compared to women who do not work from home – while men who are home-workers end up doing more overtime hours. This triple load women are carrying may exacerbate the high levels of stress that mothers are already at risk of – along with other mental health issues.

So the solution to this problem is about how you do the organization with your partner and it is also necessary that before marriage, both be aware that household responsibilities are going to be equal. In addition, it depends on the education from both sides, based on the fact that both need to be aware of how to distribute household chores. Gender inequality still exist on our home but not in the same amount as before, especially now that the kids are older. They have said that as daughters we can help to reduce the workload while participating with the 25% of the home task because now we are grown.

Implement more subjects in primary school related to gender equality, in which the students are going to learn about how society works nowadays and how to change it. It must include world history and rules about how to be equal and stop fomenting gender roles. 

Changing the entertainment industry. If tv shows, movies and music start showing behavior without gender inequality, where women are respected and treated as equal,  the audience will replicate it at some point. 

Start a campaign where future parents are going to learn how to raise a child with equality between men and women, so that the new generations are not going to replicate misogynistic behavior.

Create courses for family to create a healthy environment, so in that way when there is communication with other genders there will exist respect.

Gave conferences for all type of audience, all genders will talk about how they feel of the deal they receive in different areas.
