They've grown up with this technology and they don't take the time to reflect on their thoughts before posting. Giles County has a Computer applications course that is mandatory for students to complete. 

Faculty/Staff has to sign the Acceptable Use Policy form as well. 

Each of us have the same understanding on our tech standards regarding their upcoming implementation; however, they have not yet began. Goochland Public Schools does the most- librarians and RTIT will do lessons with the children. In the upper grades the standards are taught in health and guidance. Students, parents, and teachers have to sign an acceptable use contract.
