Meaning, it's critical that you prepare yourself for the job, the interview and possible real life situations. Lastly, I think for the most part the interviewees were pretty honest about their lives, skills, hobbies and their knowledge about the job. Something an interviewer did well was asking the follow up questions like when,where,how etc. For example the lady who came in with her boyfriend claimed she used excel, then the interviewer said what did you use it for?
