Something that suprised me was how poorly the first lady was in her interview. She didn't seem as prepared as she looked, as she didn't answer the questions swiftly. One thing I saw an interviewer do well was she made the people interviewing her laugh. She was very calm about everything and showed confidence which is a good thing to do while in an interview.

Something that surprised me was the diversity of people who wanted this job, it shows you how difficult it can be picking the right person for the job. Meaning, it's critical that you prepare yourself for the job, the interview and possible real life situations. Lastly, I think for the most part the interviewees were pretty honest about their lives, skills, hobbies and their knowledge about the job. That allows your interview to go smooth and show the company why you're a good fit.
