Reasons for doing it: bench-marking, finding out what others are doing and learning;  hopes for collaboration; networking; representing Aalto.

One question was raised: why do we only have a teacher-exchange? Why not have a type of student-exchange for teachers as well? 

Some mentioned some disappointment with the exchange universities, but there have also been lots of positive outcomes (being grateful for what we have in Aalto). 

Swedish teachers could go to Stockholm, basically anywhere where Swedish is taught.

For teachers with year to year contractsIf is difficult to plan an exchange.
Part time teachers can take part in the exchange.
If teachers don't find 8 hours to teach in the other university, they can do other activities.
Teachers can go to their exchange even if they don't find a teacher to come to our university.
The end of March will be next implementation. Teachers have to inform Pauli and he will help with the application. 
The exchange can be at any point of the year after you applied for it.
Teachers can apply to any university in EU but prefereably to the partner universities.
