I didn't expect the LP/Curator to helm so much of the EMLP content so quite interested to see how that's carried out. Interested to see how I can also up my own content knowledge and think about how I might deliver similar content. Also wonder how it feels like to be a participant and having primarily one trainer as that's somewhat refreshing for IPSL (though the norm for other institutes)

To understand the MM profile better, and how this has changed since the last (19th EMLP) run I managed. In terms of life-cycle approach, to see the compare and contrast with other programmes and how the learning tiers up, particularly through LTLP->EMLP->DDE.
