To address this, I am proposing the implementation of a chatbot trained on company data to handle frequently asked questions regarding stock, inventory, and other common customer concerns. This chatbot could also collect key information from customers and relay it to agents, streamlining the support process and allowing agents to focus on more complex tasks. This solution would improve response times, enhance customer experience, and reduce the workload on the support team.

The implementation of this chatbot also aligns with SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production by promoting efficient resource use and reducing waste.

It helps streamline communication about stock and inventory, minimizing overproduction and unnecessary inquiries. By automating routine interactions and collecting key customer information, it supports more sustainable business operations through digital efficiency and improved supply chain transparency.
