         <title>He participated in the First Serbian Uprising as a clerk and clerk in the Negotin Krajina, but after the collapse of the uprising, he moved to Vienna in 1813. There he met Bartholomew Kopitar, censors Slovenian book, at whose instigation started searching for the Serbian folk songs, the Cyrillic alphabet reform and the fight for the introduction of national languages in the Serbian literature. Vuk reforms in the Serbian language was introduced phonetic spelling, a Serbian language was suppressed Slavonic-Serbian, who at that time was the language of educated people. Thus, as the most important reform of the wolf stand 1818, 1836, 1839, 1847 and 1852.</title>

         <title>Vuk Stefanovic Karadzic was born in 1787 in Trsic near Loznica, in a family where the children died, but after the national custom, named Vuk his witches and ghosts would not be harmed. His family moved from Montenegro from Drobnjak. Mother Jegda, girlish Zrnić, a native of Ozrinići near Niksic.Writing and reading is learned from relatives Jevte Čotrić Savic, who was the only literate man in the end. He continued his education at the school in Loznica, but was not finished due to illness. Education was later continued in Tronoša monastery. How it in the monastery did not teach, but forced to keep cattle, his father returned home.At the beginning of the First Serbian Uprising, Vuk was a scribe at Cer outlaw harambaše George Čurćija. That same year he went to Karlovci to enroll in high school, but it is 19 years too old. For a time he spent in the local seminary, where he worked as a professor Lucian Mušicki.Having failed to enroll in Karlovac high school, he went to Petrinja, where he spent several months learning the German language. Later arrive in Belgrade to meet Dositeja Obradovic, a learned man and educator. Vuk asked him for help in order to continue their education, but he refused Dositej. Vuk was disappointed went to the Jadar and began working as a clerk at Jakov Nenadovic. Together with his cousin Jevta Savic, who became a member of the Council, Vuk transferred to Belgrade and the Soviets was performing clerical work.When he opened the Dositej Great School in Belgrade, Vuk became her student. Soon he was ill and went for treatment in Novi Sad and Pest, but failed to heal a sick leg, which remained dejected. Chrome, the wolf returned to Serbia in 1810. Since a short time in Belgrade working as a teacher in elementary school, Vuk with Jevta Savic transferred to Negotin and then perform clerical duties.After the fall of the uprising in 1813, Wolf and his family moved to Zemun, and from there he went to Vienna. There he met with Viennese Anna Maria Kraus, whom he married. Wolf and Ana had many children of whom all except Mine daughter and son Dimitri, died in childhood and early youth (Milutin, Milica, Božidar, Vasilije, two unbaptized, Sava Rose, Amalie, Alexandra). In Vienna he also met censors Jernej Kopitar, and the occasion was one Vukov file on the failure of the uprising. With Kopitarevu help and advice, Wolf began collecting folk songs and work on the grammar of popular speech. In 1814 in Vienna, published a collection of folk songs, which he called &quot;Small Simple slavenoserbska pjesnarica&quot;. The same year he published Vuk &quot;Pismenica serbskogo language of the common people after the speech written&quot;, the first grammar of the Serbian language in the vernacular.</title>
