Hi Sara, Michelle and Nicole. This is the space for you to write some feedback on the first 3 modules of the course. What did you like? What did you not like? What would you like to do different for the second part of the training (modules 4-6) in April? All comments welcome! :-)

Hi Una
I've really enjoyed the course so far. I like that we are actually doing the activities that we will then be delivering when we train trainers as that helps us really understand them. I also like that we went from specifics, like getting-to-know you games, to the overall structure of a training session and how to set one up. There's nothing I didn't like and am looking forward to round 2!
Thanks
Michelle

It's all very clearly presented and I wouldn't change anything

Thanks for creating this space. I agree with the comments that Sara and Michelle have made. I think the course is very interesting and I especially like the positive atmosphere that you've established with us. Although we have a lot to learn as trainers, there is a peer feeling to it that's down to your friendly, accessible approach. There is also a very relaxed pace, which I particularly like, given our high-speed schedules. Specifics I like are wrapping it up with recalling and recapping the content and staging of the sessions. The only thing I'd change is I'd reduce the amount of paper, but that is not only Train-the-Trainer; it's my general gripe with all things Cambridge!
Thanks for making it enjoyable and see you soon!
