I think that the communication between partners is esential. In this communication we can share ideas and see what exactly is the purpose of the visit of the students. Although this could be done while on the visit itself if a group visits with the teacher. If a student is goind on a practical work by himself, and teacher suprevises from time to time, it is important to understand that these are just students, whiah means underage, and should be treated like that, and not like the adults.

A good school-company partnership is based on a stable communication, is well-structured, both partners keep to agreed terms or a code of cooperation. Both partners follow requirements valid at school and company. Though, it should be carried out on a semi formal basis. Such a partnership brings value to both sides. Employers will get trained employees, schools will get familiar with current requirements from companies. Also schools can provide companies with their expertise, ideas that the companies are not aware of yet.

Principles of partnership that are mentioned in the publication, and which I as well consider as very important, are: being responsibe towards each other, following laws, and communicating openly. To these I would also add the principles of expected setbacks and constant improvement. Especially if the partnership is established for the first time, many things will probably not go as expected or be ideal. The ability of both parties to handle those setbacks calmly and use them as a basis for improvement in the following years is crucial. If that can not be achieved partnership could dissolve during the first year.

As we have seen, the process has to be engaging for both sides: companies have to be involved (and motivated) to build school-company partnerships; the schools have to fine eager teachers to develop such partnerships.
It's crucial to work over the same strategy and vision of the project. Without pre-project work, without pre-discussions, the project could fail. So,I belive, that common vision is extremelly important, the same as trust and deep engagement into the process.

Our school visit companies regulary but that is not enough for efectivnes in these colaboration. We as school interupt thir workflow and sometimes we interupt ours becouse scheduling visits. Althrought it is nice that teachers work on their entrepreneurial skills for developing partnerships with companies, it is matter of national development and it should have some sort od automatic mechanism which would easen teachers and companies in some way. For example we could have meeting days (one or two times at year) organised and financed once in year at local and once state scope. Few weeks ago we had one like that organised by company, it end up not very constructive and i wonder will they will give up now. Young or new teacher spend lot of free times in learning metodology and developing teacher skills. Here is also problem of prejudices because most people have a student perspective, not a teacher perspective, and many teachers don't think like entrepreneurs. If we have some VET and company metodology for collaboration planed normalised everyone would benefit and commmunication would start to flow. These matters should be very well discussed in some sort of forums with all interested parts. Companies who participate in these activites could be fred of some part of taxes, or somehow they need to be motivate to actively participate in this development becouse they have everyday struggles in surviving on market.

2. Draw up a project Write a proposal with the goals, costs and compensation that the school offers to the potential partner.
3. Choose the right partner Look for nearby entities with experience in education. Before scheduling the meeting, get to know their mission.
4. Prepare for the meeting Be clear about the project's intentions and avoid "pedagogical".
5. Invest in evaluation Make it clear how results will be measured and disseminated.
