Students walk around the classroom asking and answering questions. Then they get back to their groups and discuss the results, compare information and report what they've got. It could be a pair work activity too. I find it good because they really enjoy walking and moving around the classroom.

Ask students prepare a trivia game (related to the theme/topic you're currently covering, or different topics for each group) and them share the game they prepare with other groups/pairs who have to play the game, taking turns to read the questions aloud and then answer them.

BOOKTUBERS

Students can prepare a video in which they comment on a book/short story/comic they have recently read. The talk about the plot, the characters, the places in the story and provide a general opinion. Then, videos are shared in the class if students agree, or they could be shared with the teacher only. It could be an individual or pair work. I give the opportunity to share the video only with the teacher to respect their opinion regarding their image being shown in class.

Yes or No question for Word guessing

As some students have problems to ask questions I would maybe have some activities where one student has to guess the word which was given by the other teammates. It means the person asks only questions with only ,,Yes or No” answers.

Throwing balls to each other.

Also one activitiy is maybe throwing balls to each other by asking questions to each other. By that everyone gets an opportunity to ask and learn more about each other.

Analyzing pictures with comparing

Another way of improving speaking or asking questions would be to that students show a picture and the other student asks questions analyzing the picture by asking questions to the person who is showing the picture.
