Access to an expanded physician and specialist network-The capability to access a wide network of specialists and physician in rural and remote areas.

Cons:

Training healthcare staff and patients on how to use the new device-It is sometimes difficult to train patients and staff on new technology. The application used is sometimes not user friendly and navigating becomes difficult for many.
Lack of trust and continuity of care-The lack of a strong and trusting relationship between patients and physicians can impact the care the patient continues to receive.
Patient privacy and confidentiality-The potential for a security breach and the lack of knowing who one is providing sensitive medical information to is definitely a concern.

Randall plays a important role in the team being responsible which entails loyalty and honesty. Rachel was chosen since she possesses the quality of restorative and the ability to problem solve. There are many problems that occur when working in a team. It important to have someone who can troubleshoot problems and solve them.
