         <title>Integrity</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This leadership trait is the most important. Leaders without integrity have failed themselves, their employees, company, and family. Employees respond to integrity with honor and try to emulate those values in their work.  This makes for a better company division or team in that integrity leads to respect and connectedness. There is more cohesion and a sense of ability to accomplish with integrity expected. The adverse reaction could be thinking the leader was holier than thou, or too rigid in thinking. Too many rules that aren't necessary, which could lead to sloppy work,  discord, or even theft.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Intelligence</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Leaders must be able to relate to all forms of business within their purview. It is important to offer input to your subordinates that makes sense to that worker. In any company there are many levels of intelligence required, but a leader should also have many types of intelligence in his tool kit. Emotional intelligence scholarly intelligence, and and street intelligence are all important factors to being a leader. Having the ability to perceive and act on that perception really make a great leader. Some workers may feel intimidated by smart people or perceptive people. These workers might feel talked down to or even a sense of shame if they can't follow a topic.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Determination</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When a leader displays determination to his subordinates the workers have someone they can look to for hope. They will see the leader is working hard against odds perhaps to accomplish a large goal and feel more inclined to pitch in at a deeper level to move the group to success. A leaders determination can build confidence in the employees and create a sense  camaraderie and perseverance to overcome obstacles. Providing direction and and staying focused will be the key drivers in this area. Some workers may be resentful that they are being pushed to do more when they are already doing as much as they can. or that they are being forced to do a new task or complicated task because the boss is being bossy, and they can see no long term benefit.</div>]]></description>
