         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.&nbsp; Four times a week I practice my favorite sport, rhythmic gymnastics. This brings me happy hormones and relaxes me.<br>2. As I do many hours of training I do not have much time to do homework, chores ... and that little time I have left I do not always take full advantage.&nbsp;<br>Most og the times I do other things, such as: watching movies, painting or sleeping. When I should be studying.&nbsp;<br>So I will try to take advantage of the little free time I have, to not always go to the last minute.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I do gymnastics and that makes me feel good with myself, and doing it, I don't think about womework, school, exams,... If I have a problem while I am practising, I don't think about it.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br>2. I should eat less during the main meals like lunch and dinner and eat a little bit more during breakfast and tea time. That could help me feel better and in a future not to have stomach problems. Because it's better for you to eat less but to have 5 meals a day than just have breakfast, lunch and dinner but eating a lot in each one.
