Hello, my name is Kaden Jackson. I am currently living in Fredericksburg. I became interested in art when I started reading manga back in middle school, then during Covid, I started watching anime. I tried to draw anime characters, but somehow stopped due to lack of motivation. Right now, I am majoring in Visual Arts and took a basic drawing class.

Artist Statement

The art medium that works best for me is sketching. For me, its the simplest of all artworks because you can erase. I usually draw certain characters, most likely anime characters. I use a reference picture and draw my own interpretation of the character. In my Marks and Lines project, some artworks I drew were something I see in my house, and then I drew them in the box.
